Internet is ridiculously slow. Has been for months - to the point I reset my modem every morning. Shaw is blaming the location of where they installed the modem. Now they want to charge me an installation fee to move it to where it was originally with Telus. I didn't have dead zones with Telus. Shaw customer service is no help whatsoever. *** service and customer service. User's recommendation: Go with Telus.
