I have a computer older than an Apple 1. Could not get on the internet. Called Freedom Pop and remotely they could get me on. But when I turned off the computer I could not get back on the internet. Took the computer to Micro Center and they told me I needed to add a part because of the age of the computer. Felt I had to do that. So Micro Center sold me a DONGLE, that solved my problem. Cost of dongle $8.00 Now I am trying to talk live to someone and they do not answer thier phone. For a long time 18 to 24 months everything has been fine. BUT for two months in a row a $15 charge has shown up on my credit card. My computer time has been the same so why charge me money. I do about FIVE hours a month on the internet. Still hoping to talk live to someone. May check out another internet provider. May also ask credit card company to reverse the charges.
