I told an agent that I wanted to pay extra every month, of course not the same day that I had my auto payment, not to confuse, but I wanted to know if my auto payments would remain the same and not get lower, she said "yes", not TRUE, this month I open my statement and my next payment is less, plus I am getting $77.00 in interest, so when am I going to finish paying this, insane, paid it off today. They did not even have the decency to let me pay like other loan 1 yr free of interest. User's recommendation: Make sure you ask questions and rectify with a Supervisor.
