Interest charged before I even got the paperwork!

Secured loan through dentist office on April 5. Dental work done on April 10. Got loan paperwork and card I the mail April 18. There was an interest charge dated April 8. Genesis told me that it cycled on the 8th. Interest from the 5th through the 7th had been added and that the interest charge could not be reversed.
