Stay clear of NBC's Jill's Steals and Deals, Instyler, and this "hair dryer". It's really nothing more than an expensive curling iron. Steals and Deals is a 'steal' for their vendors because they refuse returns. NBC takes no responsibility and sends you to the vendor, who refuse any returns. What a crock. I strongly suggest you boycott NBC and Jill's Steals and Deals.
