UP until this point I have tried to go with the flow. Worst..C/S either I'm a liar or senile as far as their concerned. I AM NOT! My time is not valuable to them. I apparently have nothing better to do than say I will take a make up date when the instructor has to cancel just to have someone tell me I did not and tell me with an attitude. I WISH AND THINK ALL CALLS HERE SHOULD BE RECORDED. BECAUSE THE ONE I HAD WHEN I SAID I WOULD TAKE THE TIME SLOT WOULD PROVE I AM DUE AN APOLOGY. UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE INSTRUCTOR.
