Called for tech support on pre existing ecobee. Just needed to know the wiring for two system transformer. ( Which system to put the common to) Looking for 30.second answer. Was on HOLD for over 18 minutes..finally hung up without any help. One more reason why I won't endorse your product to customers. Found a schematic on a different site. Just User's recommendation: Do not buy this product.
