Long time Dell customer, My latest Inspiron worked great the first 3 years, then 1 month after warranty expired 1 key started not working (required more force than the others to work) then 2, 3, 4 etc... I contacted Dell and they told me $400 to replace the keyboard, which is about half what I paid for it to begin with. I have a 10 year old dell that the keys work better than this one. Also nothing has been spilled on it, really disapointed with Dell quality, they're prices go up and quality goes down.
