I ordered and paid for Inpixio Photomaximer a few weeks ago with this code: 3BXVZK-HAJDTU-96ZSDA-CD020M-SCVZEA-V91M6H Today, May 24 I received a message that an update was available. When trying to start up Photomaximizer it failed to start. I got the message 'configuration system failed to initialized' I reinstalled photomaximizer but I still get the same message and cannot start the program. How do I fix this?

》 This company sucks. Do not get involved with them. Their customer service is horrible and you never get an answer. Their excuse is that they are short on personnel so it’s taking longer.
