I purchased with my online shopping hp xl cartridges colour and black in one pack I have had them before but when I put these new cartridges in printer doesn't print tescos make have had them before never had problem think this batch is faulty as tried other cartridges and printer worked fine can I have a refund please . User's recommendation: All solved got a refund.
