Useless and a complete waste of time. It's impossible to get a hold of a rep from Troy Bilt on the phone. They have no problem taking my money for their product but have ZERO time for my questions. That being said, I will never spend another cent on any of their products. Deplorable and unacceptable business practices in place.It's truly shameful.
