Inferior product. Incompetent customer service.

After much deliberation over 3 faulty vapes, SMOK sent me coupons for products &;;;;;;;;;; shipping. All I have to do is pick my product(s) and redeem the coupons. However, when I hit "Redeem" it asks me to input the code. THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY CODE! I keep asking for the code, but their response is "just redeem it", which I CANNOT without the code. Even after I sent screen shots they STILL repeat themselves and send NO CODE! SEVERAL TIMES I've asked, but they act CLUELESS DO NOT.
