This place is a ticking bomb! Every single staff member there is an inexperienced teen who have not matured enough to look after a business. This place has not a single manager who can run it appropriately. They have "Shift Lead", which is a 'supervisor' who call themselves managers as well with ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE in managing a place like this, if any. What I saw and experienced this last time I went there was the perfect material for a tragicomedy. Staff being disrespectful to patrons, staff kicking a cash register and as a result all coins flying everywhere IN FRONT OF PATRONS, system messing up accounts, staff indifferent to patrons waiting in line to get checked in...A whole mess. Planning to not go there anymore. User's recommendation: Just avoid it. A mess...
