How in 2019 does a major energy company not have an app in which you can easily manage and pay your account? I don't think I could be more dissatisfied with dominion energy. They cannot unlock your account from a customer service end if you enter the wrong information by accident. They use a third party system for payments (Western Union, another inefficient company), they make it very hard for customers to pay their bills. Use a different company, if you have a choice.
