Incorrect service, unhappy with service

Hi. I had a scheduled appointment today for a technician to come service my apartment for cockroaches. I had called and left a message I needed to reschedule. A technician showed up anyways, so obviously I was not prepared for an extermination. When the technician did come, he was in & out in 5 minutes. I saw more more cockroaches the same night.
