About 60% of the time the order is correct. This Monday I requested UNsweet ice tea (said it twice and stressed the UN) and got sweet tea. Today I asked for NO chicken on my salad ( again, said it twice) and got chicken on the salad. A few weeks ago I asked for spicy nuggets and got a spicy chicken sandwich.
