The first time I did business with them there was no issue. The 2nd time around left me with Never doing business with them again! I have a lease with them that states a TOTAL 90 day buyout price. Now, I go to pay it off and they tell me I owe for sales tax. I have paid sales tax with every payment I have made. As stated in the contract I have a minimum payment of $97.32 + 7% sales tax + $104.13 (which is what I have been paying). Nowhere on the lease does it say that my Total price doesn't include sales tax. It specifically states "CASH PRICE $1,176.88 Property available at this price from the lessor. " It doesn't say Cash price + sales tax. How are taxes included in every payment I've made but now all of a sudden I owe sales tax? I suggest re-writting you lease to make it LEGAL. If you expect someone to pay $1176 + tax. The lease should state this! *** business practices and I will never lease with this company again. I've also called the company that uses Crest as an option.
