Incorrect item shipped lack of customer service

I ordered a tablet for my friends child who has cancer and shipped it directly to their home. Instead of receiving the tablet I ordered I received a package of equate brand lense wipes and that was April 30,2020 I went online and did a return and was told I would receive a shipping label within 48 hours 7 days later I have not received this label. I have taken it to my store and I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and still no resolution. This is terrible customer service please help. User's recommendation: Do NOT shop Walmart.ca.
