I believe my account is SoundCloud go+ which should cost 9.99/mo. I originally bought this subscription through an apple account I have been charged 13.77/mo for about three years now. I have no access to any apple device or emails through my apple account so I called apple support to figure out this issue for reference. apparently, my subscription should be ending on the 29th of this month (per what apple support told me). my issue is why have I been charged an extra 3.77 a month if my subscription is for 9.99. I would like to verify the price I pay and if have been overcharged this entire time. I'm not sure if this is an issue through SoundCloud or apple but I have already contacted apple so I need your verification that it is not an issue on your end. please verify the monthly price I pay, and if possible why I have been charged 13.77/mo for nearly three years now. the apple service people told me that the charge is for 12. something plus tax of about .77 cents which makes the total 13.77. I want to know if I am mistaken or if i have been overcharged. I looked at your prices for services and none of them say 12 dollars. please let me know your price information and verify what I am supposed to be paying for. i am almost positive that i have been overcharged. your plan says 9.99/mo and even my account settings say this is the plan I pay for. how do i get all my money back if i really have been overcharged this entire time?
