Incorrect Address Due To Employee

I ordered my pizza and repeated my address several times to the young lady taking my order. After waiting for about 1 1/2 hour(s), I called to check on my pizza and they said a delivery driver will contact me soon A delivery driver calls me confused, explaining they dont know where it is because theyre lost. Come to find out, They sent it about two hours away in another city. I couldnt have pizza sent from another store meaning I had to call and make a whole new order & all they offered me was a 10$ Coupon.
