Inconsistent Customer Service

My cousin died of CoVid Did not appreciate 2 people at Customer Service not understanding I happened to get sick the day of a workout and them not believing. I got some attitude and had to raise my voice because I felt like I wasnt heard. If I had come to the workout sick, and supposedly got tested with CoVid, OTF would have had to close the place down and I would be to blame. I think the late policy stinks at the time of CoVid. Until we get back to normal, if a client feels sick and cant call within the 8 hrs, there shouldnt be any doubt. I will be back mid May after Ive had my second vaccination and will feel much safer.
