I ordered a gift of flowers red stem roses & a bottle of Moét $272.57 My friend received the flowers but not the champagne. I emailed with a reply admitting they didn't send the champagne so refunded which was an appalling amount of $25.00 This is not the price of champagne. They should have delivered the outstanding item they next day. Or I should have received a refund amount that equaled the champ. This company is a disgrace & I feel scam.
