I did not get part of my order delivered. I called to see about and they said a manager would call me back. I waited 30-40 minutes and then called back since no manager called me. They put Charlie on the phone and I explained what the issue was and he said he would get delivered right away. I waited for an hour and a half and called the store again twice with no answer. I would like my money back at this point! The order number was 61069****. This was the Panera on Royal Parkway in Nashville. I truly feel the manager was messing with me when he said it would be right over. User's recommendation: Don’t go here.
