Incompetent customer service

I have had the same issue over 2 weeks and no one can fix it and I have not been allowed to speak with a supervisor. That request was refused to speak with a supervisor. I have been placed on hold until the office closes, I have been hung up on, and I have been given wrong information AND transferred to wrong departments AND with the exception of one representative most have been discourteous. I have asked for a callback by a supervisor. This didnt happen! This is not acceptable!!!! User's recommendation: Contact them at your own risks. Maybe they are all new and haven’t been trained yet.
