The worst service of any restaurant ever. Birch Run, mi. Should close the store.. Total chaos at order station and in line with 2 other vehicles. Check cameras for 8:30 pm.of employees and waiting times. 8:30 was told out of extra crispy chicken. Need to talk to a rep. Chaos at pay window. Waited at least 8 minutes to get to pay window...still waiting...left line and went home.....without order!! Do not go there.+
