Inaccurate delivery date confirmation

Order Number: 550259 Order Date: Jun 06, 2021 When I placed the order, I selected next day delivery, for June 7th. I was not informed that there was any problem with that date. On the Order Confirmation sent to my email, it also said June 7th. June 7th came and went and I did not receive any confirmation that the flowers were delivered. On the morning of June 9th, I received an email saying that they needed to use a special courier service to make the delivery, and the flowers could not be delivered until June 11th. I tried to let customer service know about this problem, and the person I chatted with did not even acknowledge that there was any mistake in the order confirmation, or late communication.
