Inability to upgrade to Premium account & loss of use of Basic account.

I have been a loyal customer of OKCupid for years and recently attempted to upgrade my account from Basic to Premium. When I attempted to upgrade my account, OKCupid disabled my Basic account so I am not even receiving the product for which I am paying which is thievery. I have tried every avenue that OKCupid has suggested to get the problem resolved, but nothing has worked. I filed a complaint with Pissed Consumer a few days ago, but OKCupid has not fixed the problem. You asked for a donation for helping me get this problem resolved and I would give you a generous donation if you had indeed gotten this problem resolved. When you get this resolved I will give you a donation as I give generously to many charities. I appreciate any help that you can give in getting this problem resolved. Thank you. User's recommendation: Avoid OKCupid until this problem is resolved. Many other people have complained about this and similar problems with OKCupid.
