INABILITY TO TAKE EXAMS (IS THIS A SCAM COMPANY?)

I am writing to express my utmost disgust and disappointment at the most terrible and inefficient proctor service I have had to put up with. I registered for a Microsoft exam DP-201 and was unable to take the test for the umpteenth. Each time I try to take the exam your system is always breaking down costing me hours and making me to reschedule and even cancel and rebook the exam. The last attempt on Sunday March 21st ended in a similar fashion except that on that occassion, there was no email nor any other form of correspondence to notify me of whatever issues you incompetent fellows have with your ridiculous testing system. Your scam company also refuses to provide any contact details to reach out on nor was there and it has cost me a whopping 24 hours to be able to find this horribly ugly feedback form. I am not after refund and would like to have this exam rescheduled ASAP.
