inability to sign in to account

I am trying to sign in to my account and make a payment. My sign on is [protected]@yahoo.com and the password I normally use will not work. I have been trying for over 30 minutes to get to sign in to my account...it will not let me sign in. I have tried over 4 different combinations to try and get in my account and nothing seems to work. I would like to make a payment, but cannot do so because I cannot get into my account. Please help!!!
