I have been unable to cancel because I cannot recall my password and have not received additional instructions via email from Disqus even though I have made numerous requests.This company does not provide a phone number to speak with someone about rectifying this issue nor do they provide an email address for a customer service department.Zero stars. User's recommendation: Do not join unless you are absolutely certain that you want to remain long-term.
