In store visit

My father and I went to a location in fort pierce fl. Waited almost a hour for our food after the staff helped people that came in after us. About five people after us got their food before us which they placed a in store order. Not only that we got burnt fries. Time in the store was 1:02 pm and the food at 1:37 pm
