*** in 3rd world countries unable to solve simple issue

I had to stay home from work for two days; each company that was sent told me they do not clean air duct for clothes dryer.....the moron who arranged these companies to fix my problem have NO knowledge or skill in doing that......2nd, I am UNABLE to reach any American to speak with and will most likely NOT renew with HSA
