This alleged limited company is not register red at companies house and the business address does not exist. Thie actual address PayPal have for them is a private house in Londonderry not England as the web site suggests. They do not respond to emails and are frankly very iffy. I bought a set of headphones and after about 2weeks had heard nothing . After a bit more research I became concerned and emailed them to cancel only to be told the item had been dispatched. I was told to return it and advise the tracking number and they would refund the postage. It arrived several days later (Tracked items should only take a day to arrive.) I returned it to the address on the website only to find after it was returned to me by the post office that it did not exist. I was told that this was a registration adores but the business is not registered and the company is clearly not a company. This is not a bona fidelity business beware. I never got a refund . Take my advice and stay clear.
