This organization should be banned from having such a stupid system. I signed up to change my password because it refuses to recognize my sign in email then when I thought it was all set to get me in it said it couldn't change my password as my email was already registered. I can't access My Account as I am trying to in order to cancel the All Access membership which isn't such a great deal after all since I've been interrupted by commercials even though All Access says that won't happen. Miserable business practice and I'm sorry I ever signed up for anything with them. User's recommendation: DON'T SIGN UP FOR THEIR PROGRAMS.
