I have tried all numbers they have, all of them give me "not in use". Even the number for lost/stolen cards is not reachable. The only other method available: send them a mail, the ancient type.. the one that needs a mailman. Seriously ? they want me send mail from Europe to the USA, i guess i can expect major delays in response even with airmail.. what is this dinosaur doing in 2021? how is that helping anyone ? The website shows me $400 + on that card, why is it declining a 15$ checkout at Amazon... MYPREPAYEDCENTER should know, but that doesn't help me if i can not get into contact with them.
