Impossible to contact and speak with FPL
My August bill shows nearly double electricity usage, my apartment is locked up as I cannot be there. I had someone check, the thermostats set at 76 degrees, nothing left on or window/doors open. Maybe the meter is wrong as it is impossible to have double usage, when I tried calling it proved impossible to talk with anyone I strongly complain about this and would like my matter dealing with
