May 18, 2021. FLT 3277 DFW To SAF scheduled departure at 1:00 PM. Pilot could not find right runway at one (1) gate SAF. Flew around like a lost goose with good visibility and no traffic. Landed on wrong runway so hard people were thrown up out of their seats. The pilot discovered he was on a SHORT secondary runway and applied the brakes and reverse thrusts so hard we almost went in the dirt. This was no joke, this pilot was either impaired, or inept.
