I did not have a whole lot of problems, however, this was several years ago. I would say a good seven maybe more, certainly not more recently. One of the feet came off and the handle was a bit off. Nothing a mere bit of fixing couldn't cover up. I have bought several of this style bag from several online sites, and I feel this one from here has stood the test of time and I was ready to make a new purchase UNTIL I started to read all this negative reviews about being ripped off and fraudulent and scams and, well you get what I am trying to say. Is there a new person in charge? I don't remember her name,at this moment, and she was fairly fair. She wasn't outstanding in her PR abilities, and this all makes me really quite sad. I love this style bag. I have before I knew it to be 'the look', so to speak and I have looked high and low for decent bags and reasonable prices. ANYONE who has found a place OR has had a honest and reliable connection with this site, please to let me know. thanks, r
