I’m missing 1 of my mug from my order

I ordered 2 mug( tis so sweet coffee mugs) and 5 ( tis so sweet mini loaf pan) You all only sent me 1 mug not 2. Where's my other 1. My order number is 1613****. Account number is 200277****. I can send you a screenshot of my order showing that I paid for it. My order form only showing 1 that you all included in my package
