I’m blind they suck.

So if you have accessibility concerns they urge you to contact them via their help page... which is totally impossible to use while blind. I'm using a screen reader, a piece of software that reads the content of their site and allows me to interact with the elements therein. The required fields to submit a complaint about accessibility of their site are not compatible with NVDA, my screen reader, I've tried on chrome and firefox. So in trying to report the accessibility issue I had with their streaming service I found I am totally unable to report anything to them at all. Can't really think of a bigger *** you than their reporting tool not allowing me to report problems. User's recommendation: continue ignoring NBC.com as usual.
