Original review posted by user Nov 23, 2011 I realized the PDL I was dealing with was overcharging me on the interest and they weren't even legal to lend in my state. In doing some online research i came across this wonderful site www.debtconsolidationcare.com. I learned how to fight them and stopped them from debiting my account, I'm also requesting a refund for all overpayment and have reported them to BBB, State Attorney's and FTC. The following are some the PDL who might be illegal in your state: Click-N-Cash, Eastside Lenders, Integrity Advance, Ashland Funds, Whitehills Cash and so forth.........There is help out there.
