Having Guests smuggle extra guests into our accommodation on the 1st night of their stay, resulting in aggressive behaviour when we asked them if they had extra people staying, resulting in the involvement of the local authorities to remove them the very next morning, also resulting in a fine from our local authorities for too many people in the accommodation... the guests were allowed to write a review on our property posted on Booking.com. Come on Booking.com, do the guests have to murder someone before you revoke their rights to review?
