If I could give this place a negative -10 I would. I have been here for two months and will be breaking my lease soon. My apartment is full of Roaches and management does not even care, I even offer to leave the apartment for a few days so the issue can be taking care of and I was giving cold shoulders, I have been very patient however the people in the office are not humans therefore they do not understand. For anyone dealing with this same issue you do have rights and can seek a lawyer about this. I have never written a review in my life but this I had to do. I have lived in brickell and never had this issue.
