Illegal charge to debit card

I canceled my subscription a long time ago and was charged 64.99 on 08/04/2021 for the month. However, when I open the app (see photos) I do not have an active account, I canceled my account prior to the charge date. I would like to be contacted in regard to this illegal charge to my debit card. ASAP my number is (914) 314-**** thank you
