Every month i get a notice that autopay will withdraw a payment on the 21st. But autopay pulls the money on the 17th. It cost me an overdraft fee to learn this. Now as I am about to leave the company the autopay draws money 5 days before the end of my contract period. They say there is no refund for pre-payment and I must explain my request to the refund dept. User's recommendation: Add an overdraft fee and an extra billing cycle to the cost of a trackfone.
