My supervisor (Mariana Alvarado) gave me an ultimatum for 45 days to catch up with a SAP/ECTR; Engineering documentation program that normally would take 1 year to learn. I was the only one in the engineering group to received the ultimatum. I was terminated after coming back from family leave. My supervisor never gave the 6 months review that interroll gives to the employees but instead, gave me an ultimatum. I was fired the following day after coming back from 2 weeks family leave.
