Ignoring complaint about not recieving order

Feb 10th I ordered from pollo tropical. I never recieved order below is original complaint. Called several time either phone not answered or put on hold and noone ever retuns to call. Called complaint line 7 times now no call back Order or Contract ID: "112328****" Message Subject: "Order mever delivered" Message Body: "I ordered from pollo tropical in Naples Fl of Golden Gate Parkway on Wed Feb 10th at approx 8:47 pm. The following is exact message. Hey Leslie Warner, your order from Pollo Tropical is being delivered at 9:04PM. You can track the status at https://drd.sh/WWam6b/ Next I recieved another message at 9:07pm again below is exact message. Hi Leslie Warner , your order from Pollo Tropical has been canceled because we are unable to process the order with the restaurant. At this point i left to go get food for my family but before I got to grocery at 9:17 I recieves the following message. Againg exact message. Hey Leslie Warner, your order from Pollo Tropical is being delivered at 9:29PM. You can track the status at https://drd.sh/dGt3tc/ At this point Inwas confussed and tried contacting pollo tropical but was on hold so long chose to wait to see if food was delievered and drove back home. At 9:35 again I tried to contact pollo tropical and grub hub both. Grub hub said it was Pollo Tropical at fault and still have not heard back from complaint left at pollo tropical. I finally at 9:45 drove to get food as my kids needed to get to bed. Right after I checked out at Culvers spending another $50 I recieved following message which was at 9:55 Socrates is approaching with your order from Pollo Tropical. Enjoy your meal! If you have to meet your Dasher face-to-face, please wear a mask as a safety precaution. Which then alomost immediatley recieved following Hi Leslie Warner , your order from Pollo Tropical has been canceled. I then called pollo tropical and grub hub again leaving another complain. Grub Hub again called back but still have not heard from Poll Tropical. Again Grub Hub said Pollo Tropical was responsible for refund. To start, my kids werent feed til after 10pm when ordering was started at 8:30. Food from pollo tropical was never recieved, and any information.saying it was coming was over 30 minutes past 2nd deliever by time. I was charged $51.22 to my account from Pollo Tropical. I have screen shots off all emails, confirmations and all text messages along with the charge to my bank account which has since cleared. Since I never recieved order and was jerked around for almost 2 hours I do expect a full refund"
