I have been trying for 8 weeks to find out the status of refinancing of my home. There were many lies presented where I was put on delay and incorrect information. I spoke with a manager that told me that my refinance loan cannot be approved due to some length of job excuse and the worst part is that my credit score was excellent before I had contacted this company and now my credit score is ruined due to repeated times they asked for it from Experian and TransUnion. Before you call these people do your research.
