ignored my emails asking for updates re dash cam

I purchased a dash cam with rear camera (all singing and dancing) in July 2018. August 2018 wondered where it was, so emailedyou, assuming it was en-route so not worried. Email ignored. Left it, waited. Emailed again, waited, repeated same again. Today 14/8/18 I logged in to my Gogroopie account to give feedback to discover they had DELETED my purchase from my history. Oh my god - what dishonesty... absolutely disgraceful. Fortunately I have a screenshot of my paid voucher with codes etc and a second screenshot of the missing item from my history list of purchases. I have also searched the supplier who conveniently disabled their website. How convenient.
