First, they do not contact the buyer with followup shipping notice or tracking information then my customs documents were incorrectly valued at $920 (I paid $165). This screw up cost me $207 in customs fees. PotP claimed they never make mistakes, this must be a Government error but refused to provide a scan of the merchant's copy of the customs declaration. Then accused me of slander when I critiqued their customer service and likely validity of the signatures. NO!!! User's recommendation: Never buy from.
